Biloxi, Miss., February 13, 2006 -fema/illinoisphoto.com- National Guard soldiers, Air Force airmen and volunteers from Americorps and Hands On USA remove debris from below the high tide water mark on the beach in Biloxi. The crews are taking advantage of a very low tide caused by the full moon.
